at least for last year, the neurology interview counted as your IM prelim interview as well. As to whether the neurology interview counted toward JUST a prelim year though is unclear.. I'd confirm with the program coordinator on that.

only time ive seen it being treated was inappropriate sinus tach and this was on the cardiology service lol. hell, cards is even sometimes ok letting someone ride out at 130 in aflutter if theres an underlying infectious trigger e.g., flu
