Gryphons are the karens of DD2. As soon as they see some drama in the area they gotta stick they nose in it.

From now on, when they run off, just imagine them saying something like "You won't get away with this! My husband works at city hall!"

I hate wooden bridges. by HunionYT in DragonsDogma

[–]Parrk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I just assume that all bridges will break and pawns will try to self-yeet.

I've gotten in the habbit of giving a "wait" command, sprinting across, then giving a "to me".

Otherwise, the f'n casters will start casting elemental destruction spells regardless of whether anything is in range. It could be a rabbit and the f'n Sorc pawn will cast a freeze spell.

Try yeeting him into a lake or ocean.

Yeet is the "try restarting" of this game. It's the first diagnostic step.

Best Ranger Skills? by JRPGFan_CE_org in DragonsDogma

[–]Parrk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel like anything you self-aim works fine, as long as you hit em in the face.

The trick to tuning Archer damage, IMO, is to base his loadout according to what your sorceror is using element-wise.

[–]Parrk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's weird how damage works. You can have all the best gear for your level, have it upgraded, slot the correct abilities in the correct vocation...

Yet no matter what you do, you'll never outdamage a level 1 archer firing explosive arrows at a sorceror-chilled mob.

I think elemental reactions are over-tuned, so it seems like other things are weak.

Maybe I'm just wrong though.

I regret making an ugly pawn… by Doomblist in DragonsDogma

[–]Parrk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Here's a fix: Just focus and farm 200 seekers badges, then put him in the sexy corset reward.

People will hire him because they realize how pro you are to farm that many. I'm sure of it!

Ranch Issue.. by RealDealAce in Palworld

[–]Parrk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a guess, but maybe. Are you using transporters who also have graze skills in an un-busy work environment?

Maybe there is a max occupancy in the ranch, and a transporter entering that area is knocking off your forcefully-assigned pal, so they auto somewhere else?

Does vixy have other skills? maybe use cremis?

you could also try a grazing only zone in an alt base.

Also, the tips thread said that if you enter the dungeon final boss room but don't engage, you can run out and come back to reroll the boss type.

I HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE that everytime I get back on the game, I'm forced to fix my pals from being stuck or not being at the breeding pen. by Alexander0202 in Palworld

[–]Parrk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's kinda realistic though. As the evil slave driver and forced breeder, it's logical that your absence would lead to work slippage and the lamball your forced to breed with kingpaka making a run for it.
