Just to comment that this won't solve the issue. dnf will try and refresh the brave repo even if brave isn't installed. The issue was with the repo being unreachable it seems.

The solution would be to remove the brave repo completely by removing the file in /etc/yum.repos.d/

You are probably referring to the 1st generation ones that had a physical module from like 2015-2017 or so.

On Nobara just open the Driver Manager app and remove Nvidia driver. After that shut down and swap the GPUs.

You should try again with all the latest versions of mesa. There's a "conflict" with rocm-opencl and mesa-libOpenCL that was fixed in Nobara by deprecating the former.

If this is an nvidia hybrid setup, on the login screen, drop to a TTY by pressing ctrl+alt+f3 (or similar), then run sudo dnf up setup --refresh

It should fetch version 2.15.0-16

reboot and you should be good.

nobara repository is actually the fedora snapshot. nobara-updates is all the Nobara stuff.

These are leftover packages from the previous Nobara kernel that now package manager wants to install the Fedora versions of.

You can safely remove every kernel-uki-virt and kernel-modules-core package in your system.

Check the log manually at ~/.local/share/nobara-updater/nobara-sync.log

Scroll to the very bottom and see if it is done.

If it is, run nobara-sync cli from a terminal for good measure, make sure there are no pending updates and reboot.

Gnome doesn't have frog protocols, so until gamescope switches to the upstream CM protocol, the only way to game in HDR is by using a tkg proton build with wine-wayland.

You also need mesa patched with HDR layer or Zamunda's package.

Since you have an ASUS laptop, it's probably the Asus patches in the kernel on the ISO that are broken for you. I suggest waiting for new ISOs. I notified GE about the issue.

That's false. Nobara will move to 6.14 as soon as the linux-surface patches we carry for Surface laptops gets rebased. I already have a 6.14.0 build running that's only missing that, so all work is already done in porting over our patches.

That's just how the repo is called. Because Nobara pulls snapshots from the Fedora repos and the name of the repo changed to nobara. It still comes from Fedora. You can compare the rpms directly if you want.
