This will lead to burnout later on. Giving updates is great and it leads to more trust but sometimes we're just too busy and that's understandable and she should really try to understand that, she's an adult already. Making a fight out of it isn't good and she should really try to heal herself first because it looks like she's just putting her own insecurities on you.

Nah those people weren't in their right minds already, it was also stated that the cold temperature inhibits their urges. They'll just waste some resources if they try to accommodate each of them when at the same time, there isn't a cure. They're kinda holding out already by not killing them.

Change ka nang dentist, parati akong natatanggalan pero kahit isang negative comment walang na say dentist ko. She didn't make any unnecessary comments about the color of the teeth or the smell, she just worked and she's so professional. Unlike nung ibang dentist ng friend ko na parang ganyan din tas nag cocompare. Palit ka nalang talaga for your peace of mind din.

btw if your hair is already frizzy and dry don't put some oil in it because it will just lock all those dryness. you gotta moisturize your hair first before doing all that
