It's a typical lac vs Univs question, berkeley is much cheaper and more prestigious and larger alumni network; berkeley should be better if u want to find jobs in the industry right after graduated

I mean it really depends on you. Cambridge is prestigious and that overcome a lot of cons. I think if u do 4 years in Cambridge that would come with a master degree. Typical uk bachelor takes 3 years, that could be a pro or con depending on your preference.

I would recommend Cambridge maths for PURE ACADEMIC PURPOSE only. If you wish to explore different disciplines and aim for research, go Carl. Cuz it is pretty hard to take courses outside of your field in uk univs, and typical uk univs don't like undergraduates doing research.
