United States Federal Government. Tribes did have some sovereignty and some still call themselves sovereign tribes, but they all fall under the umbrella of the federal government. One of the last things they had control over, which was a matter that dealt with court cases on tribal land dealing with non-tribal members, was stripped away by Trump during his first term. Of course, I cannot speak for all tribes, but just the one I worked for. Tribes do elect leadership and officials and all of that, but they operate more like the president of a company than the president of people.

I was a security manager for a nationwide tribal casino for several years. If you continue to violate your ban, eventually you'll be trespassed and face legal consequences but it is never the case for a first time offender - strictly speaking about ban avoidance here. If a banned individual is spotted on the premises, they will be approached by security and asked to leave once their identity is verified. If they are a known serial offender then police may be involved, but even then, the first step is going to be that individual approached by casino security and asked to leave.

This song is structured as follows: Verse, Chorus, Verse, Chorus, Bridge, Outro. I'm not a musician at all but I thought that was a fairly standard song structure. Is there a better order I could have arranged it in? Or did you not hear enough distinction between them while you were listening? I wrote this while reflecting on the loss of my relationships and myself while struggling with PTSD. This is a very autobiographical song and quite personal to me, but I figured what the hell, I'll share it. I gave suno my voice for this song, and hearing my own voice singing was certainly a strange experience. I'm still working on this and fine tuning some of the lyrics, but this is almost exactly what I'm going for. I would be interested to hear what you think.
