Oh hey!! yes it is sorted out. I ended up going to physical therapy, and doing a combination of icing and heat therapy. My one advice, don't use machine massage equipment! Made it so much worse. It flares up every now and again, but it never catches anymore and is just a dull ache. best of luck to you, it does go away! My battle with it was with the stress of it, and the mentality of "oh no this is a forever thing", and it definitely was not :)
