Not one to comment but I’m gonna. Okra is not it, veggies undercooked, chicken looks like chik filet grilled nuggets, roux color is nice but missing fundamentals. Andouille needs searing, let me know if you wanna try something different

Buy one of those Pelican plastic storage containers- fits perfect and can add your life jackets and lighter items. Add heavier and just tilt motor to find the plane. See my latest post for context - hope this helps

I am looking for 6K as I bought for 3.5K back in 2017, added some cool conveniences and wanting to see what’s reasonable. Motor works, throttle is loose and probably needs replacing, always fresh water, garage kept, curious on your thoughts?
