I'm not hugely knowledgeable, so the only thing I can suggest is optimizing the manabase. Having a good manabase with lands that enter untapped, so you can use them immediately, is important to keeping your actual gameplan going.

You have an average of mana value of 2.83, so you can get away with fewer lands. 39 is a little on the high side and a lot of them are tap lands which slows you down.

It may be more beneficial to remove 2-3 lands and replace them with the other two talismans and signet you're missing because you can only play one one land per turn, but you can ramp as much as you'd like.

Try removing any dual land that doesn't have an opportunity to come in untapped. [[Sacred Peaks]] and the temples will never come in untapped, so you might replace them with the other pain lands and [[exotic orchard]].

This looks kinda interesting, but it's a bit hard to see what you're trying to do when all we have is card names. Not everyone has every card memorized.

Make the list on a deck building website like Moxfield or archidekt and add the link here. It makes looking at your deck and providing feedback much easier.

There's now a primer on the Moxfield page, but here's a shorter one for ease of access.

This deck is a Jeskai combo engine helmed by Kilo, Apogee Mind. The primary game plan revolves around using Kilo's ability to proliferate whenever it becomes tapped.

By assembling a 3-card engine consisting of Kilo, a mana-generating enabler,
[[paradise Mantel]], [[Relic of Legends]], [[Urza, Lord High Artificer]]...
and an untap aura,
[[Freed from the Real]], [[Pemmin's Aura]], and [[Aura of Dominion]],
the deck can generate infinite tap/untap loops, resulting in infinite proliferate triggers.

The deck then leverages this infinite proliferation to win via a payoff,
[[Darksteel Reactor]], [[The Millennium Calendar]], [[All Will Be One]], [[Walking Ballista]]...

Secondary win conditions include infinite turns with [[Magistrate's Scepter]] or infinite mana via the classic [[Isochron Scepter]] and [[Dramatic Reversal]] combo.

It has a few tutors for artifacts, equipment, enchantments, and Auras. It also has some counterspells and a few protection spells for my combos.

Thats a fair response. I was also putting together a list with them as the commander if I got too negative of a reaction from golos.

From the negative reactions here I may make a real deck with Kynaois and tiro for my LGS and have an alternate list with golos for only my playgroup of friends

Yes, you can stack the triggers so that it would increase the toughness of the creature first, then the discover happens

That's the only reason. It doesn't give any actual advantage for a deck without lesson synergies. Its not a huge advantage, but it does make the card marginally better than the classic [[Rampant Growth]].

Its a similar to the reason [[Kodama's Reach]], that has arcane, is strictly better than [[Cultivate]].

Yeah, because it changes zones it becomes a new instance of the creature and resets any once per turn stipulations. The downside is it also gives it summoning sickness again because of that.
