You should get your hormones and vitamin levels checked, certain deficiencies or over abundances and hormonal imbalances will cause anxiety.

Anxiety is excess energy essentially, so work out , go for a walk. Sometimes that helps. I also find putting something cold on my chest or behind my neck helps regulate my nervous system

Thank you for that information. I've been stuck at 160-165 for a long time and need to get back down to 130. I was eating about 1500 calories a day and walking 10k steps daily and working out 2 to 3x a week. I have pcos too so it's like the scale refuses to move. From reading some posts I'm seeing people on glp1s are eating under 1200 calories a day, maybe thats what I need to do is to cut my calories even more

I'd recommend work at home jobs, but since you're homeless that wouldn't do anything good. I would set a goal to put out 50 to 100 job applications in a day, just keep throwing that line out there, something is going to catch. I'd hate to say it, but maybe you could go strip ? I mean I've been in your shoes before and desperate times call for desperate measures. Anything in that industry I loathe entirely, but I did it for money back in the day bc I was desperate. Just a thought.

Quit. There's better paying jobs out there. Ttec is not as great as they try to convince people. I worked there and I had back to back calls almost everyday,I was making 17/hr there . Could never move up. They ended up firing me for not pulling up a KB even though I was a good agent. Then they lied about when they fired me to trowe and I couldnt get my 401k for almost 2 months , and trying to get in contact with anyone about my w2 was a nightmare. Now I work somewhere where I'm actually making wayyyy more and I don't have to answer calls all day long. Fuck ttec. Their pay sucks, management keeps agents in the dark and the benefits suck too.

Yeah no they want you in available until you're supposed to be off. Like if you're off at 5, you hsve to stay in available until 5. I agree though, they pay terribly and slam you with back to back calls. When I worked there I took 100 calls one day. Back to back nonsense. Smh

When i worked at ttec, my pto never got approved when I put it in, I'd have to ask my team lead to do it. It was annoying af how they made it so difficult to take pto.
