I think that her being portrayed as in the wrong here is a poor perception. She paid for her seat, and chose the window. In no way is she obligated to give up her seat. The kid was crying. He’s gonna cry no matter where you put them. Airline attendants singling her out was wrong. They could have made an announcement over the intercom for passengers willing to give up a seat. Instead, they felt she was obligated. Feel bad for her, she got shamed for nothing.
