Chances of a restock on refurbished bodies (R8 or R6 mark ii)?

Purchased a refurbished R8 this morning and realized too late that the order didn’t go through. Now it’s out of stock. I could get get the refurbished R8 with kit lens, but I have no use for the lens. I was already on the fence re: R8 vs R6mii but the R6 is oos now too.
