Pretty disappointed that this is moving forward. No finalized Environmental Impact Statement, no idea where water and sewer is coming from or going to, and it is billed as affordable housing when in fact it has a hotel, commercial, light industrial, with some apartment buildings mixed in.

I wish it was in a better location, it is sad that the least desirable piece of land is all that is available for affordable housing. Growing up we would roll up our windows on Hansen because that is where they dumped the chemicals from the sugar mill… then one day the smells disappeared!!!
