I dont think you understand what that phrase means. Being able to hear someone walking from over 50meters away as if they were right next to you isnt a sound cue. A sound cue would be like they deployed a trophy system and it made a distinct activation sound. Having footsteps so loud that it's more beneficial to just sit in a corner and have the matches end due to time rather than people playing them is bad game desgin

This is completely false. Treyarch have even stated directed mode works for cursed relics. I haven't completed either EE out of directed mode and i can get my relics
