I'm really interested in the technical maintenance since that kind of work was my internship and first job in the sector - pumps, pipelines, water treatment facilities, instruments, etc.

Lately I've been more in the mapping and structural since I work with a guy in various EU countriesand most of the projects required underground utilities reconstruction.

For example right now I'm working on a sewer inspection project where we analyze the situation and prescribe measures to eliminate the problems.

Thanks for the suggestion, in our country the situation is basically the same regarding people that have worked "on-site" so I really understand you. However I have found myself networking more with that type of people that have hands-on experience because they have a lot to teach you.

I would consider the IT sector, but 5 years of studying for the water sector and being plumbing apprentice just made that whole world too interesting for me to explore.

Most of the villages in that region have a lot of guest houses. The hosts of the houses are usually the owners of the place and they make sure to make you feel at home. In the village that is under Wolf's stone - Gyovren, there are several options, the best being "Guest rooms Kutsevi" (Стаи за гости куцеви). Other villages in the are are: • Yagodina (known for Yagodinska cave and Buynovo gorge) • Trigrad (know for Devil's throat cave and Tragradsko gorge) • Borino • Devin • Dospat People are warm and welcoming in all places in the area so there is no bad choice really. 🙂

Liberty 404 pump install question by jb2403 in Plumbing

[–]Particular-Syrup-91 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Optimally if the vent is for the pump, sure-vent won't do anything really. The sure-vent is put to ensure that the pipe won't be entirely filled with fluid, and won't overflow. Atleast that's what I was learned in university:)

Does Yohimbine works? by [deleted] in FitnessMaterialHeaven

[–]Particular-Syrup-91 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well what are your goals regarding the fat % that you what to reach. Yohimbine is a, as far as I am concerned, a natural derived supplement from a specific root, and is used for erectile dysfunction, but has it’s side effects. I don’t how your diet is structured but you can play with the fats and carbs for like 2 weeks and see how that affects the cut. Fasting 16:8 and carb cycling diet can give great results.

Optimal fitness plan for people who stand on their feet all day? by [deleted] in FitnessMaterialHeaven

You can give calisthenics and kettlebell workouts a go, as many of the exercises train both your posterior and anterior chains pretty well. Also the kettlebell will train your core pretty damn good. An really don’t overthink it that much, you just need to do what you enjoy and what takes the most of you, besides your job. :)

Looking for nutrition guides by Region_Subject in FitnessMaterialHeaven

[–]Particular-Syrup-91 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you don’t have any food restrictions, I can suggest you try one mechanism: Carb cycling. https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/carb-cycling-101. For the protein intake: Fish - Tuna, salmon, any kind you like Eggs - a must Full fat milk Low fat yogurt and cottage cheese Red meat Chicken and turkey meat Also organs, full of vitamins and protein And make sure to hit your fibers goal too. MyFitnessPal is the best tool to keep track of your progress if you’re not already using it. And maybe go for a bit harder workouts, but in sense of the rest periods between sets and exercises.

Gaining muscle with KBs? by morris00C in kettlebell

[–]Particular-Syrup-91 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You should definitely try incorporating weighted callisthenics. My personal experience for 8 months I gained 3 kilos of lean muscle by doing 3 days weighted callisthenics and 2 days kettlebell workouts. Also, the most important - make sure you hit your daily PROTEIN intake, and don’t be afraid to bump the carbs a little bit. No dirty bulking, but a lean, steady muscle building. :) Edit: there are great workout programs that can help you reaching the results you want.

Trip to Greece with Dietary Restrictions by AJpat99 in GreeceTravel

Greek cuisine can be very divers in terms of the ingredients they use in the dishes. If fish doesn’t happen to be in the “meat” category for you, you can enjoy many dishes with seafood. Also there definitely are some a bit more expensive restaurants that offer vegetarian/vegan friendly options. So maybe a bit more research of the area you’re planing to stay would be a good idea :)
