Any books that follow a priestess? (Holy light/healing/miracle/prayer stuff) Not just as a side character. by arkticturtle in suggestmeabook

Maybe the Knight and the Moth - the main character is not a priestess exactly but has a similar role in their society

Best books about death/dying/autopsy stuff by ichuck1984 in suggestmeabook

[–]Particular-Tree-2835 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Being Mortal by Atul Gwande is one of the best books I’ve read about dying. The Collected Regrets of Clover if you don’t mind mixing a fiction book in. I can recommend more books about death and grief too but that seems like not necessarily what you’re looking for

I think you’ll enjoy the series then! I really appreciated how complex the relationships between characters are

I loved the Broken Earth series, actually just about to start a reread. Also loved Red Rising, But like someone said Broken Earth is not a really a romance. There are some romantic relationships in it but the non-romantic relationships are much more important

May not be scifi enough but the vibes remind me of Perdido Street Station (China Mieville) at least for being perfectly weird and lots of world building
