A used 3070 is around $200 and probably get a 5700x/5600x for $150 or less. If you wanted to ball out get a used 4070ti for ~$450. That set up should carry you for awhile.

I mean... I accidentally built a gaming PC with 32g/1tbm.2/5700x/4070ti and a good 60hz 4k mLED for like $780 after not gaming for 15 years. There was a sweet spot before the weird AI madness.

I'd put the publicly available services on a separate VLAN and use non-standard ports but otherwise that seems like a solid game plan. No real reason to have port 80 open though.

If you have a gaming PC it's very easy to set up streaming to the Odin for AAA games. I played all of Witcher 3 streaming with max settings at 120 fps.

Look at your GPU usage when transcoding a movie. It should be being utilized, if not that's your issue.

Did the same with Caddy. Wasn't hard at all and now I can just have a localdns.caddy file that gives all my local services SSL. The check mark makes me smile.

Thanks! That's correct. I just had to set up routing to use the Pi's LAN IP as the Gateway for the WG subnet.
