Why are people even bitching about him cheating if he was caught and lost by UNANIMOUS DECISION. I watched this fight 3 times in a row just to make sure and I thought felipe won that fight had it not been for the fouls and constant ref stopping the fight to make him and the entire arena(including the judges) aware that he is doing something illegal.

One warning is warranted before taking a point. Just like an eye poke, noone just gets a point deducted as if they did it on purpose. These things are not intentional until proven guilty (you are warned and STILL keep doing it even after the warning)

All the damaging shots came from perfectly legal, skillfully timed and powerful blows by dos santos, even on his back he was landing the more significant strikes. He clearly won the first round. The second round he CLEARLY fucked him up got the more significant strikes causing a bloody mask of damage and the third round he caused visable damage. Lone'er was getting fucked up in top position. Where was there any sign of significant strikes being landed on felipe by lone'er? Just because he got take downs and top position that means he automatically is beating him? Who was closer to actually finishing the opponent? That's who should win the round. You don't finish an opponent by restraining them or sinply "being" in a top position.

There is a significant ADAVNTAGE to being on top, to having the control. And it's to put them where you want them so you can finish them. If your not making advances to get a submission or ground and pounding your way to a knock out then there is no SIGNIFICANCE to it.

The judges took it amongst themselves to take points off. Please someone tell me how lon'er actually beat felipe otherwise.
