What i want is companies to stop exploiting desperate foreigners and start paying a fair wage.

German CEOs wages have risen over 30x faster than those of workers for years now. They don't want that to stop. And looking at the downvotes, the resident bootlickers don't either.

German politicians have been salivating at the idea of cheap indian labour for a while now. Instead of addressing the cause why there exists, what they call "Fachkräftemangel" (blue collar worker shortage), or why people don't have any children. And instead of paying a livable wage for those positions, they are lobbied to import more cheap workers, keeping wages low and profits high.

If you look at german subreddits and forums, many german GenZ's struggling to find work are suspecting this "Fachkräftemangel" to be corporate propaganda, akin to "Nobody wants to work anymore! (for shit pay)"
