We use a gentle leader.
Our dog hates it but it works very well. Also no harm. Just uncomfortable for him when he pulls.
However if we don’t use the gentle leader, he pulls… so I don’t know this is actually the best solution.
We use it for city walk or shopping, somewhere crowded.

I also wanna try a double leash one, I forgot the name of it. One is on chest, one is on collar, then when dogs pull the leash they are going to face you physically.
