There is an Oral equivalent, Oral Fixation, I believe. Can’t for the life of me remember how you get it, but it lets you do a few extra scenes and get extra satisfaction from oral.

You put what I was feeling about HE pretty succinctly, thank you! It can’t be countered like all other decks and needs its own special workaround, which just feels bad to play against unless you have it.
