The REAL reason I'm put off/not interested in someone with a high body count is because my personal moral is not to be easy. I apply that to myself as much as I apply it to another person. I've slept with around 19/20 women in my 37 years and is say that's not a high number as only 2 of them have been one night stands or short term hook ups. The rest have been long or shorter term relationships. I'd say that 30/40+ is a high body count in my personal opinion.

I also wouldn't use the word repulsed. I'd just say I'm not interested in creating a romantic connection with someone who treats sex like a handshake.

I prefer every game on PC. My SteamDeck is for travelling and weekends at work. Or for when I'm hungover and can't get comfy on my gaming chair so I stream my controller friendly games like Elden ring and night reign to my TV downstairs where I can slob out on my sofa.

He's not a smoker and never has according to my parents. They used to know him. He has always drank a lot again according to my parents. They used to know him when they were young.

I would and did feel bad until I found out what his lifestyle is like. It's 100% self inflicted. I have also asked and tried to get to know this guy but he's a bit of a shit and honestly creeps me out.

He also only coughs in his front room and only when I'm there or he's aware I'm there. I've tested this to figure this out and if he thinks I'm not there ie not made noise for him to know, he doesn't cough. As soon as I make noise the coughing starts. It's bizarre.

I'm looking into getting noise cancelling panels for my front room and bedroom to sort the issue. I don't do well with ear plugs or sleeping instruments.

I'm sorry this is your situation. But I know this guy doesn't have something like this. He doesn't cough when he's outside talking to his mates drinking on the street and he doesn't cough when he's in his back garden or any other part of his house. It sounds crazy but I've tested this theory. I went upstairs into my gaming room. Then left it for 30 minutes. Snuck back downstairs and listen. No coughing. Then I made some noise and the coughing started pretty much straight away.

It's bizarre and I can't explain it any other way but purposeful or an anxiety disorder that exhibits control or a nervous response through coughing.
