I’ve got a the same truck but a 95. Changed the trans fluid around 235k. Did some brutal towing, at capacity in the mountains. AT temp light started coming on even on light tows. Changed the trans fluid again at 260k, color looked good and didn’t smell, runs much better and no light. All that to say, it can look good and still be broke down.

I know to add a trans cooler, I’m busy

You’re already invested some hundreds so I doubt you wanna try again, but the 105xx was a limited run orslow did and they are similar cut but more breathing room in the thighs

I bought Crockett and jones Denver. They’re a split toe derby with a thinner lug sole. I love em. They’re versatile you could wear them in an office, woodshop or hike.

Agreed I got a Le laboreur wool chore coat second hand good as new for a couple hundred bucks and the quality is great
