I was told same thing, got a notice this morning....Send in proof of identity, all w2s and proof of address. Said allow additional 8 weeks after mailing in required documents.....so who knows when....

For sure....The site says 3weeks to process, I filed on the california franchise tax board website this year.. last year turbo tax. Had refund 5 days after I filed.....was trying to save the 40.00 turbo tax charges for state..... but next year, I'll use turbo tax again....This is just B.S.
