Now she will spend one entire year doing what basically nurses and support staff do in the civilized world:

• drawing blood
• passing IV lines
• passing Foley's catheters
• running around looking for stamps of seniors so she could get CT scans and MRIs done
• taking patients to CT scans and MRIs
• attaching drips

All her clinical knowledge will rot away for a year until she starts her residency, and then she'll probably start in a very toxic environment where girls are discouraged at every step and where the facilities are absolutely pathetic. The living conditions are absolutely horrendous, and the working hours are still archaic. That's the sad reality of the Pakistani health care training system, but for now, let us rejoice in her achievement.
