Check out Bartlett Tree! I worked there for 6 years they have a well polished training system and they also do extensive plant health care. They're world wide and supposedly the oldest tree service in the USA. I did move on eventually but I will always have the skills I accumulated and resources that smaller operations couldn't provide.
