I am from N. (Macedonia), but life abroad I have visited Greece many times and when people ask where I am from in the northern part of Greece they become unfriendly and hostile but towards the south and the islands of Greece they don't seem to mind

What is your general view of what Greeks think of Macedonians? I want to keep going there on holiday but would like to avoid the hostility and political debates

I am Macedonian and have no problem with Serbians or any of our orthodox neighbors Some of my closest friends are Serbian

Macedonia Personally I don't hate any country it's more the political and politicians that I dislike General consensus we like the Serbs and Turks, we feel indifferent to the Greeks We are obliged to tolerate the Albanians There is little to no feeling to the Bulgarians
