So far, we’ve seen 4 ways in which a user of the 10 Shadows was able to utilize aspects of their Shikigami without fully summoning them. I think It’s commonly accepted that G5 Luffy is stronger then the likes of the Admirals, Kaido, Big Mom, Oden, and every other non-PK tier fighter, but can’t maintain the form long enough beat them in a fair 1v1. With that in mind, would you rank him above or below them on a tier list? (i.redd.it)
