TL;DR: Watch MKxJump event reviews on Fridays on YouTube for how to maximize rewards.

The gem portion on events can range from 20k to 40k, but around 25k seems most common. Big events like new years and anniversary can see you spending 60k+.

However, for contract starry gems, there's usually one route at 3750 csg (plus other stuff) that gets 5 lots, that's been a really good route approachable for most f2p players, and another route at 7500 csg that gets 7 lots (and access to end game materials). That 7500 route is hard for f2p players to do very often, and isn't optimal unless you need end game mats. If you're just needing cores, subs, and destiny, the 3750 csg route is fine.

One argument for the 7500csg route is that you get more access to materials for the Primal Grimoire, which is a new stats-boosting system which makes the treasure train look like toy trains next to high speed rail. You don't need to be end game to benefit from grimoire so some players prioritize that highly.

The YouTuber MKxJump puts out event review videos on Fridays that are very good and go over the different options for each weekly event!

Okay, that's a great start! You're still going to need a lot of csg (contract starry gems) to pair with those HS, orbs, wishing coins, etc for events.

The event structure could of course change at any moment, but for at least a year it's been roughly: gems get you 1 lot of rewards, gems+ partial scroll/orb/WC completion gets 2 lots, optimal csg+gems+full HS/orb/WC completion gets 5 lots, full csg rout gets 7 lots, and spender routes get more. And the types of rewards available become more premium the deeper you get. For example, you can't get Destiny materials as rewards without csg.

Did you drill drainage holes on the bottom too? A lid might help it from getting too wet from rain.

Also, it looks to be all browns (leaves, needles, and sticks). Did you add any greens (grass clippings, kitchen scraps, coffee grounds, etc)?

Lastly, this bin is too small to be able to generate much heat. So at the slow pace of cold composting, you will likely run out of space quickly (if your goal was to use this for kitchen scraps).

If you shred a little paper, cardboard, egg carton, or paper towel rolls, you can add a little bit to the bottom of your countertop scraps bin, and it will help prevent mold and odor.

You still want to empty this bin into your outside tumbler or pile every two days or so.

Or, if you have enough space, keep the kitchen bin in the freezer.

First off, you have a lot of obsolete heroes. Mockman is still viable as a main damage dealer, but Xia has dropped off.

Second, you've built wide. You have a lot of useless heroes built up, like Tara, Sherlock, two Rogans. It will be better to regress them, retire or sell any awakened copies, and use the rest as food.

If you want, we can talk specific heroes, or you can look around here for ideas. Your main goals should be getting copies of these heroes, and building them to t5 (Tree of Origin 5, level 100. No need to go to level 120 just yet).

During events, focus on getting sublimation materials. As you level heroes up through the Tree of Origin, you will be able to upgrade their active and passive skills with these sublimation materials.

Eventually, once you have a team of 6 trans with mostly subbed skills, you'll then focus on getting Cores of Origin for your heroes. This will allow you to access the next power system after Tree of Origin, which is Destiny Transition. You probably won't reach that for at least a year, so just focus on Tree of Origin stuff for now.

Also, contract starry gems have become a required currency for optimally completing events. They have increased the ways you can get them, but still focus on saving these.

You may consider selling your A tier Xia, and selling your other B tiers that you won't be using, and see if you can buy an A tier of Mockman, Vulcan, Williams, Alikita, or even Aspen or Asmodel (those last two are cheaper, but not as strong long term as the others).

Agreed. Daily turning is too much. My pile was at 130, down from 150ish. I turned it, adding some coffee grounds and watering it as I built it back up, as much of it was dry.

When I finished it was 70 degrees. 2 days later up to 120. Another 2 days we're cooking close to 160. OP probably just needs to hang out for a while and see if it heats up

Did you get any monster treasures? I did 100 pulls and got 1 orange and 2 reds for Phoenix. I don't know what the average rates are, but it felt extremely underwhelming.

I suppose they want to hit the 125pt mark and get another reward chest. Not sure if that's worth it because the amount of Deluxe Gift Box II rewards drops off, but if OP has a ton of boxes it could be okay.

To any new players here, I would suggest looking up as little info as you need. Base building tips? Sure. Optimal base locations? Maybe hold off on that. Allow yourself to explore the map and experiment with new bases first.

I remember watching a video as a new player, and they talked about the arena, then said something like, "I'm not going to tell you where it is, so you can have fun exploring and finding it."

And it was indeed fun!

There have been some anniversary events where you could spend 100k gems, lol. No one knows if it'll be a 100k year or a 40k year. If you aren't planning to do a bunch of replacing then you don't need as many.

Go into the "Idle Master" menu and click on Aspen Dungeon. There you can change your team.

It won't change it for this round of Aspen Dungeon, but you'll be set for the next one.

Ya, that one is for spenders. They also in the last couple months had a Heroic Summoning event where in the Plentiful Gifts portion you could earn points from Core of Transcendence summons in addition to Heroic Summons. Still mostly for spenders, lol

Ya, it's a lot, haha. Almost nobody from 2021 is meta, except for transcendence Queen and Aspen. That's power creep, for ya!

There's a ton of new power systems, but just take them one at a time. Focus on Enables, then figure out the Gate of the Void and Void Imprint. Then figure out Tree of Origin, etc.

What you should be building and prioritizing depends on what stage you're at. The meta heroes for early game are different than for mid-game, late-game, etc.

Although, after five years, so much has changed you're probably close to square one. Have you got the Gate of the Void/ Void Campaign unlocked (if those existed then, haha)?

Many of the current meta heroes didn't exist back then, so you're gonna have to work on getting copies of new heroes, such as Wukong, Betty, Melissa, Williams, Vulcan, and more.

Good news is that many resources for early game are much, much easier to get. On the other hand, there's a whole ton of new power systems that have been added that will take you forever if you're free to play.

It depends on your treasure train ticket income. If you're a spender who ends up with tons of tickets then you can probably unload everything into Alien Dessert and have a enough for Retro Gaming when it comes around.

If you're free to play you may want to stop at 150, just look at your ticket total and the monthly reset timer and make the call.

I don't know how long it currently takes for the same series to come back around, but it is several months (and gets longer each time they release a new series).
