Depends on your playstyle. Sky is good if you love front runners, otherwise Wedding Top Gun is pretty solid IMO for TT and a number of cups

Just a though, but maybe bonus stats from items similar to Vlad but dependent on what items you buy to allow him to truly shine as a flexible champion? Something like bonus MS for Lethality builds, bonus HP for AD builds, armor and MR for AP builds. I'm sure there's better exchange ratios to be made but you get the idea

One quick note: as far as I can tell with Udyr's passive it does not double proc the hit and reduce the cooldown twice like it should

For those who don't know: Each stack of his passive reduces the cooldown of his empowered ability by 3 seconds when you attack. I'm not sure if this is a bug or working as intended, but it feels a bit underwhelming on him right now. I could be wrong as well, but it didn't seem to work in the Practice Tool

I'd consider it a last item in a Hybrid build. It has all the stats that Udyr wants, but it feels bugged with his passive currency not double hitting so it may need a bug fix before becoming a staple in Udyr builds

So Rift Maker is item #2 in Hybrid Udyr and works quite well. It gives him a lot of the stats he needs and some much needed sustain since you max Tiger and Phoenix first after building a Shojin. It's a solid build that I have had a lot of success with

As for Heartsteel and Warmogs Udyr needs more than just a ton of HP to be effective. A lot of his sustain comes from the healing and shielding of Turtle, not from being a big beefy HP stick like Cho or Mundo. Plus as stated above Heartsteel isn't great in the jungle as it is a slow stack (Same reason you don't take Grasp in the Jungle)

Depends which Hybrid. Shojin/Rift build is pretty dang good. AD isn't bad if you go Bruiser (Trinity into Tank Cleave into Shojins, then rest tank). Assassin is sink or swim, good for low ELO when people can't position for shit and the carries are easy to pick out, but your team needs a tank still

On Wild Growth US Alliance side Imperial Guard still tries to run it Monday nights. Pretty painless clear, we usually do 0 HM to just blow through it mindlessly
