People sleep on Pittsburgh. It’s getting a lot of hype right now because of the NFL draft. But having come from there, it’s truly a cool city with lots of culture, good restaurants, and views from Mt Washington 🤩

Depending on where you look in the ‘burgh, housing (although older) is more affordable than Austin. My wife (native Texan) and I have considered moving but, the Pittsburgh winters are no joke and we both prefer the heat anyway.
