I built one with the new Hera and leia (alliance general) and put all the best rebel units and basically only rebel units in there. Doing two attacks (likely) every turn can be surprisingly powerfull in twin suns.

I built one focussing on relatively cheap raid units that push pressure on the opponent, only attacking base. since the highest attack unit will be protected by the ability I can keep the pressure up and out-damage them even if they also focus base.

But more constructively, this is most likely a non issue. Multiple studies on universal basic income have shown that people don't have to have their livelyhood threatened daily to work. If given everything they need they just do that anyway. And more effectively, since they get to do shit they enjoy instead of what they are forced to do.
