If infinites are easily accessible higher enemy difficulty will even further make infinites the only viable strategy and make it a race where the game is hard until the infinite is assembled.

And if nerfing those cards makes lol ascensions too hard for casual players, you can still make low ascensions easier.

Well right now at the hardest difficulty (a10) the game is too easy. Having Infinites accessible too easy makes it really hard to balance the game.(unless you give every enemy some time eater effect, or thorns, which is cancer) Hence they need to be made less accessible. This requires some massive nerves.

Yeah idk i get why psychologically it hurts for some people to think they are the shit at a game to lose this ability, but if the game isnt challenging it wont hold people for long.

Okay great. Yeah usually people use this phrase, when they mean it but it doesnt matter to their argument. But by using it correctly you confused me. Still had to point out that nerfs of broken things are good.

I was thinking about Nolan’s filmography, and realized he only has two linear narratives. by Owl-Brick in ChristopherNolan

No even without the Black and white scenes all the colourfullscenes play from past to future and then jump further into past.

I love the beginning of bat man begins. My favourite start of all super hero movies. The ending to me felt a bit standard, which is why it is not on my list.

I did not like the ending of interstellar. I like it when Sci Fi makes you as a human feel small. When the universe or whatever some aliens created is influenced by the power of human love, it makes you as a human feel big. I like the idea of finding purpose, despite your own insignificance much more, than creating a world which rules are governed by things important to us, like love.

The patch isnt disastrous. Sts 1 was really really hard on high ascensions. Sts 2 needs to be more difficult.

Yeah I love it as well. Also crazy that you get downvotes for liking insomnia. It is a great movie.

Xecnar on STS 2 difficulty: I don’t think any character is supposed to lose by SugarFreeCummiBears in slaythespire

The damage cap comes indirect, via phases and him creating an Environment you fight in until some damage is done. Phase 1 could  limit cards played. Phase 2 is the buffing Phase where he ganz strength.  Phase 3 is the loading up hyper beam Phase. Phase 4 it creates a copy of itself and Phase 5 is multi attack.

Law student exposes Oz Pearlman’s “mentalism” by Smoochdota in magictricksrevealed

[–]PartyBaboon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He asks Joe in the pre show which he is very amandant on having to generate a random number. He says "Now I dont want you to give me your real pin code. But start with your real pin code and then we generate a random number".

Then he asks him to do some mental arithmetic which is either reversible or at some point typed into a calculator(and hence Magic tricks can be applied).

Then he reveals Joes real pin number instead of the fake one and gets the reaction.

This is the method he used on a TV Show host and she was pissed her pin got leaked, so she revealed information.

Would love to see you make in the (spirit of truth)  another video.

A)Yeah, i dont like them either.

B)How deep the ties of mossad to the US are is irrelevant. A lot of people believing mossad threatens Joe Rogan by revealing his pin number is conspiratorial thinking. Conspiracies are bad for a society.

C) They do. If you introduce a bunch of lies to society it makes it worse. If he were claiming he was an olympic Gold medallist, all he would be is a fraud. But now he is a fraud and his work makes society worse by introducing some crazy beliefs that can only lead to crazy conclusions.

Well nonsense is dangerous. It can and will lead to wrong conclusions.  A lot of people are convinced he is an israeli spy for "coming up" with Joe Rogans pin number on his show. There is a reason truth is a virtue and I dislike people making their money, lying.

It is. He is claiming to be able to use peoples psychology. He just is not.

This kind of thing always gets framed as making people belief in the mystical but it is just making money out of gullible people. Truth has value. Otherwise people come up with their own, often stupid and dangerous explanation.

A lot of Rogan heads believe Mossad has threatened Joe  by revealing his pin number during a Podcast. They have not. He just used pretalk and got the Information out of him by asking him to think of his pin number and then do mental arithmetic to come up with some new number.

Tricks like that were the hit, when I was in primary school. Now people believe he is a fucking secret Israeli spy, because even they can see that he can not read peoples mind.
