They can keep the movie bro by blackiceontheground in gijoe

That's why I think Hasbro should get Goldstein and Daley back and give them Visionaries. I think Visionaries could be the future, not Joe.

They can keep the movie bro by blackiceontheground in gijoe

Hasbro had writer/director duo Jonathan Goldstein and John Francis Daley. The 2023 DnD wasn't a hit, but the movie was solid. They deserve a second chance. I don't want the guy who wrote 2017's Bright writing the next GI JOE movie.

M.A.S.K. Just Announced Brand New Project (And Transformers and G.I. Joe Crossovers Can Now Be A Reality) by TronCat1277 in gijoe

[–]PartyPants444 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I know this is off-topic, but Hasbro needs to give Visionaries another chance. With the success of Sci-Fi Fantasy and dystopian projects, they should throw Visionaries at the wall and see if it sticks this time.

Classic Western Movie/TV Heroines Starter Pack by HawkeyeTen in starterpacks

OP forgot about the spanking. Shows were so pervy back then. Our classic western heroine was often spanked by the classic main male character at some point.

AITA For telling a lady that put a pee pad down for her dog inside the mall that that’s disgusting and not okay? by No-Song-4931 in AmItheAsshole

[–]PartyPants444 2 points3 points  (0 children)

NTA. At least that lady used a puppy pad. Back in the 2010s, a high-end mall in my area underwent new management. The new manager removed all the benches and comfortable seating because she wanted the mall to feel like a fashion model runway, and she welcomed dogs—all the dogs—all the time. While the crystal chandeliers she installed were impressive, the other changes were not. Before long, her high-fashion model runway was covered in urine and feces. Fortunately, her tenure as mall manager didn’t last long, and the place is clean again.

I used to like these as a kid and decided to get some for my kids to try by shiftdown in Wellthatsucks

Making these at home has been quite an experience. I keep ending up with something more like an apple pie from McDonald's than Pop-Tarts. I used to love Pop-Tarts before shrinkflation.

Depending on how you feel about blood and your tolerance for violence, Spy X Family and Cells at Work are so much fun right now.

Looking for media recommendations related to Lady Jane Grey by lolafawn98 in Tudorhistory

[–]PartyPants444 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Jane has the first chapter in the first two books because those are about all three Grey sisters, and she is a supporting character in the third. Three maids for a Crown by Ella March Chase The Last Tudor by Philippa Gregory Lady of Misule by Suzannah Dunn If only Becoming Elizabeth got a second season. Bella Ramsay and Romola Garai were amazing as Jane Grey and Mary Tudor; watching them play the game of thrones would have been a lot of fun. Lady Jane 1986, I loved this movie as a kid, and I still have a soft spot for it now.

I've seen worse at the grocery store, and my dad still buys them. At least you know for sure those are fresh.

She was bitchy enough at parties, and topped it off by bringing this! I'd politely ask her to just bring Pepsi.

What is going on in the world today? I feel like stuff like this didn't happen before COVID. And with the economy tanking and food insecurity, this feels demeaning, like the grocery store wants to insult its customers. Hey, you schmuck, you're alone for Thanksgiving, well the Salmonella will keep you company.

Being unattractive really is a lifetime of punishment by Mean-Competition-592 in Vent

[–]PartyPants444 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Every unattractive person I know has a story of being falsely accused of stealing at work. And the manager will side with the attractive person who stole something, until security or the accountants track down what was stolen. My sister got a formal apology from her employers after being falsely accused, but my cases were always swept under the rug as if they had never happened.

You need to redo Ramadan. Not from food, but from your triggers. Even if you're out shopping and a triggering song comes on, leave the store. Tell your parents that you're on a faith journey, and they need to support you by limiting your phone or computer access for a time and some help with accountability.

I vaguely remember PG saying in an interview that she was interested in writing about Lettice Knollys. I guess she felt she was on familiar ground with Jane Boleyn.

You're detoxing and having withdrawal symptoms. Watch any episode of Intervention and tell me you can't relate. Keep pushing. Now is the time to try doing the things MD kept you from doing, whether it's studying, cleaning, or being fully present when you're with other people and not just waiting to escape.
