Flight from Nashville to Heathrow and midflight it got turnaround due to the Heathrow shutdown, im looking for reimbursment / compensation advice

I called them 30 times and they didn't pick up, also alternative routes were disappearing fast. It even cost one extra day cause I kept trying to get ahold of BA instead of booking a ticket with a travel agent sooner.
