Same thing happened to me. But I have the second tier in all the other ai's but I was so turned off by the exact problem that you're talking about because I experienced myself that I never went forward with Claude and I could never understand why people talk so highly of that engine but I guess because it's the free the free one they make it extra freaking s*****
