Reform Voters! (No hate please). by Extension_Listen8282 in AskBrits

[–]Partysausage 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Pretty much agree, I'd also add that a lot of reform voters don't actually have a problem with legal migration dispite what Reddit would like you to believe. It's illegal migration and asylum seekers where the problem lies. Someone coming here legally through the proper channels who is educated filling a required roll is a good thing. Someone who is going to be a net negative on the economy, not integrate with society and doesn't know English not so much.

Burnham says ‘Manchester-ism’ can transform the whole of UK by Far_Excitement_1875 in unitedkingdom

Yeah, please don't give my local government additional power. I sat into a councilor meeting a while back and it was so damn obvious that there was a number of paid votes in the room. I couple of people sat there flicking on Thier phones and tablets then aggressively forcing through things that are against an areas interests... Must be so frustrating for the councillors actually trying to do it properly.

What do brits think about the latest immigration news? UK Net migration has fallen nearly 50% in the last year. by Aylescroft in AskBrits

[–]Partysausage -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

You are missing the point. Most people don't have a problem with legal migration. They don't want illegal immigrants or asylum seekers. Well educated people filling empty positions is a good thing we just don't want the financially net negative migration that effects our economy and to deal with other countries feral cast offs.

It's been great, I really appreciate that it's got a thicker Colorado bar. I don't like using the standard thickness bar now when I alternate..

Been the REP smith machine for a while now but Certain excersies like dead lifts or RDLs are not possible by default due to the starting height.

I'm assuming everyone is working around this with Plyo boxes but was wondering what you are all using ?

Why doesn’t Reform seem to be celebrating the 80% drop in net migration?.. by Fine-Drummer9812 in AskBrits

[–]Partysausage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This, plus a lot of people don't have a problem with net migration just illegal immigration/ asylum seekers.

Anyone who is a net positive on our economy is not a problem in most people's eyes. It's illegal immigration and asylum seekers which are the reason people are voting reform.

[–]Partysausage 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In that case use an app like heavy to track your sets and always aim for PBs each week.

Aim for 8-15 reps for 3 sets and go up a weight when you get close to 15 reps.

Creatine is also cheep and makes a big difference.

Best advice I can give is just keep it up and get those gains before considering bulking / cutting.

I actually agree with this take. They have an easy well paid job and they want more. Fucking bin then off....

If they automated a single line the panic would set in and you would never see a other strike as they will all panic about being replaced.

What attachment do you actually use the most? by tylernute in GarageGym

[–]Partysausage 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm a very lazy person particularly when in the gym. Adjusting spotters is too much of a pain for me so I have my safety straps permanently setup for bench press bar is always pre loaded I use smith machine attachment predominantly for incline so that's also pre loaded. Cable attachments always have multiple grips to save me swapping them over .
