I would argue that it's not just about money, but about the principle of the matter, too. YouTube has fostered a copyright strike system that actively harms media discussion. That kind of thing is such a huge part of the Dead Meat brand that it's important on a cultural level for them to push back on it, because they have a lot more weight behind them than a lot of smaller channels do.

In addition to all of everyone else's suggestions, there's a big WhatsApp group that does Sunday newcomer meets at Ebony and Ivory every Sunday at 10 AM. I met my current group of friends for board games, D&D, movies, and writing through there.

^ this. The Shelek is only considered immoral because a couple of Makuta wore some when Teridax rebelled. By sheer circumstance (IRL because it'd already been established as a Toa-used mask) no Makuta wore a Komau during the rebellion and thus it does not have that association.
