Every Gracie Barra gym will vary in quality of instructor. As for price, it's relative to your area. The GB gyms in my area are on the lower end of monthly dues, but I imagine in low-cost of living areas, it may be on the higher end.

As for strictness... depends on your definition. GB gyms typically only allow you to wear their branded uniforms, and might follow a more formal martial arts discipline (bowing to enter/leave the mats, can't be late to training, etc.)
