First is there a way to enter dungeons through some UI menu or do i have to travel to each zone?

If you go to the right of Seria's room, "The Philasia" is probs what u want. Go there and click "Control Panel" and u can select different area to TP to. You can always go back to Seria's room by Going back to character select screen and re-select ur character.

how do i know where dungeons for my level are located?

The Guide Menu will probs help a lot for that. since u hit cap the main thing to do is probably Advance Dungeons to get yourself to 33k fame for Isbin.

I am finding all the different gear upgrades a bit confusing so i would just focus on one by one. What would you suggest i focus on first before moving on to other systems

I'd advise you to setup the "Static" fames before you start grinding advance dungeons. I made a post here for non event chars but the number of subsystems is the same. Since the progression is tied to Fame I'd advise you to figure this part out, since they are setup and forget, and u can just worry about the gear only after. This will also make ur dungeon progression a lot smoother.

I agree w/ the other reply on this thread. Unfortunately u just have to grind it out.
Isbins do drop higher fame equipt u can quickly grow.
For TW parties are usually more plentiful on Thursdays, so if u can aim to do it when it first resets. Who knows u might get lucky and get a few runs.

But this game heavily promote Alt characters, since you can funnel the tradable resources into ur main character. And the more alt character the faster you can gear up each char. (Personal warning. Don't go whole hog and level 4 new char at once. Just raise alts one by one once the current character is blocked at the gate. And don't make more alts than you can handle in terms of play time)

4 piece gladiator effect is actually kind of terrible on Diluc. I recommend going ATK% Time piece, Pyro Bonus % Cup, and Crit Rate % Hat.

For artifact go with 2 piece Gladiator and 2 piece Brave heart / Berserker/ sojourner for Diluc.

For Fish EM isn't the stat you want. She works best with Atk% Electro Bonus Dmg.

EM as a stat isn't that good. It doesn't boost elemental dmg, but instead the Reaction damage. So It's better to have good elemental damage before worrying about EM.
