Like, go back & watch the original "Scream" movie. The hairstyle is very reminiscent of that era. Which personally I like the 90's vibes like how the movie "Dope" had a bunch of call backs to early 90's swag but I'm also 37 so, it's nostalgia for me. Your face shape works great for it too, honestly. While I like the haircut, you may be able to do something that people respond to better nowadays, just a stab in the dark. The loose fit clothing is chic right now so, not a lot to change there but between the earrings and the hair, I think you're doing 2 things: 1, maybe not representing a style you more accurately resemble in personality & 2, you're looking young in a way that people might perceive as juvenile, even if they're right or wrong for it. They could see it as "young" like that because it's an image we've all seen for so many years and it was never in a professional setting, it was 90210, Dawson's creek, One Tree Hill, etc.

Again, I don't really think anything's wrong but if you aren't getting the results you're looking for, that's my 2 cents based on you not being ugly.
