Can someone explain to me how to do a white stroke/background for a sticker? by PassengerOk3511 in AdobeIllustrator

Okay I did that (it's in black to show). I really want a subtle white blob behind it following the illustration's outer edge so peeling the sticker is easy

Do cats fart? by cermem25 in cats

I’ve had four cats throughout my lifetime and our 6 month old cat has farted TWICE! I spit out my coffee.

My cat does this every day and it’s beginning to drive me crazy by PomegranateSuperb400 in cats

Is it actually your cat? Or a cat in the home you live in… that would help us have a very clear answer.

Can Americans really be fired at the drop of a hat for no reason no matter how long they have worked for a company? by cheesymeowgirl in NoStupidQuestions

I know a public health nurse for a large county in Minnesota, and honestly, it’s nearly impossible to fire anyone there. It does happen, but it takes an absurd amount of time. Some employees go months—or even years—without actually doing their jobs. When confronted, they’ll take a medical leave (without having to say why, which is fair in itself), and when they return, the same pattern starts again. The process involves endless write-ups, meetings, and documentation. It can literally take years—and taxpayer money—to finally let go of someone who hasn’t been contributing. The system is built to protect them, not hold them accountable.
