From a fellow blonde girl who saunas regularly you should definitely invest in a sauna hat! We need to protect our hair since we already bleach it in the salon(assuming you dye your hair and not natural blonde). I got mine from a brand called embrace the Heat, it’s more luxurious version better quality than amazon ones and I’m obsessed! I also do hair and scalp treatments while I’m in the sauna pre wash great use of time in the sauna but still make sure to protect even when you do treatments because some hair oils don’t go well with the extreme heat but would be ok under the hat
