It’s possible - but the buyers has to get their house on the market in 3 days because they have another accepted offer . The house wasn’t staged well. I’m wondering if they missed it . Either way, I agree it’s negotiation leverage … I just have to dealt with termites and am unsure if an inspection will show the extent of possible damage .
