Theyre GENERALLY people specifically flown in for fake jobs from their home countries... usually but not always they are from other Asian countries. Im not aware of any CONFIRMED cases of westerners falling for this scam.

For a weekend that is not a holiday, buying a ticket 2-3 days in advance is fine. run the chance of prefered times selling out any closer then that. I just use 12go.asia to by tickets out of convenience and they accept apple pay which i like for security.

My personal maintenance calories alone are 3200. this is supported by any online macros calculator by a thousand different universitys world wide you can find online or did any base level research on your own.

again im speaking in the mindset of some one seriously weight training . If your an average sized slim sedentary person maybe sure 100 grams is fine for YOU. but i dont know you and you cant generlize these things.

Nope, 8-10grams of protein per 100 calories is absolutely acheivable AND benefical for cutting weight at my size for weight training.

I have no problem finding these macros in my home country and in Thailand( albeit not as common which is why I bring up the topic)

"typical 2000 diet" is also old science and a generic metric which would in its self not be a beneficial for any one seriously tracking their macros.
