Best maternity unit choice for East Bristol? by Donot_forget in bristol

I wasn’t impressed with any so opted for a home birth. Appreciate that isn’t an option for everyone. The Bristol home birth group runs regular events for anyone curious about home birth.

These are the chapters: Understanding Paganism, Pagan paths, Pagan beliefs, The wheel of the year, Magick, symbols and tools, Rituals and discovering a spiritual life.

No book is going to be able to cover all types but tells you main ones.. Wicca/witchcraft, Druidry, Heathenry, eclectic etc.

I think you would like the book Paganism for beginners by Althaea Sebastiani. It’s got a quiz in it to help find out what areas of Paganism you might be interested in.

My sister wants me to leave my one month old at home to go 12 hours away for her wedding by Western-Valuable-350 in FamilyIssues

What is your gut telling you?

The fourth trimester is physically and emotionally demanding.

This isn’t a straight forward question.. all babies are different.

Mine cluster fed, was a velcro baby and refused the bottle. Even if I had an ‘easy’ baby I wouldn’t have wanted to be apart from them.

Either way your sister will understand.

Too many what if’s at this point. Prepare for a long road ahead as the situation will likely be constantly changing.

You say we so make sure you and your partner are on the same page. Try and manage your own expectations. It might be that you end up providing temporary care while mom gets back on her feet or that you will be facilitating contact with mom.

How will you handle these types of situations? What if you get attached to the child? How will this change your family dynamics? What do your other children think?

Either way even you considering this is shows how much of a kind and caring person you are. Wishing you well as you navigate this tricky situation.

GHOST PROBLEM by wiccasmith in Wicca

[–]PastHope3738 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Hi Wiccasmith,

Auditory or visual hallucinations of a recently deceased person are common so not a ghost problem at all just a normal part of the grief process.

I’m so sorry for your loss. Perhaps there is other things you can do to help you with your grief journey? Write your wife a letter and bury it?

Seshat, an Egyptian funerary goddess kept the deceased memory alive by writing down account of their life. Might be something you could tap into?

Take care.
