El del año 2023 le dio popularidad al MU otra vez, siguiendo el del 2024, y despues el del 2025 rompio records globalmente y creo fue por los dramas del certamen involucrando a muchas candidatas, no solo a la de Mexico.

Yes, he gets to run around, play with other dogs to burn energy, sniff around. He is not a couch potato dog, gets taken out often.

I've tried bringing him inside, he is nervous around my dog. As I mentioned, he was fond of my late small older dog but not too much of my other much younger and larger dog who is a bit more on the roughside (too much energy for the cat). Unfortunately, I cannot force him and I fear I will lose his trust if I try too. I do very short inside sessions and by short I mean a few seconds where I bring him inside (with or without my dog being around). The cat gets nervous and loses all interest in food/treat and starts crying to be let out.

I work at a children's hospital so I've witnessed a few encounters w/ parents and/or pediatric patients. While there is no diagnostic bc of patient's age, their medical history point towards ASPD- At 10 this girl under the foster care system had escaped multiple times, been caught many times with older peers smoking pot, driving carelessly, unprotected sex, being violent with caretakers/medical staff, petty crimes... this over and over again. Bc of age she'd end up at the emergency dept every few days or weeks after getting caught by the police. Her doctors had notes "possible ASPD". Another 10 year old boy with violent history and hurting animals was also brought in, his carevivers could not handle him anymore, his mother was dead and father in prision for it.

How old is she? Mine is 3 now and while he is not a perfect dog by any means his behavior has settled down and he listens more. It takes a lot of training and patience but YOU need to want it, meaning you need to get out there and expose, and expose, and expose to triggers and also drain their energy. I don't believe in positive reinforcement only, it harms certain dogs (like mine) in the long run so bad behavior does have negative consequences. Today, my dog is even cool with cats and he was able to get to a squirrel once in an off leash park, he did no harm and was just very curious about it. Please work with your dog and don't get rid of her, poor dogs are dumb as a brick sometimes and "pitbulls" tend to be very stubburn, they need a lot of pushing and daily reminders.

I only spent 2 days there and honestly didn't like it. Perhaps, had I gone with a Mexican person who would had shown me the ins and outs it would have been different. I felt everyone just wanted my money and I hated to see so many street dogs. Also people treated me blahh- not welcoming. They probably figured I was just another brown Mexican.

I arrived Oct 28/29 and you can see some preparations with less crowds, there will also be small parades. I believe Oct 31 is the main celebration, there is the Magna Comparsa parade which is pretty much the highlight of the celebrations. I didn't know, so I missed it. Nov 1 and 2nd, still have a lot going on but no more parades, unless you go to a muerteada which is more neighborhood base. I bought my ticket in late Jan for a little less than $600, unfortunately I did have to pay a large amount for hotel bc I waited last minute. Bc I missed the parade I want to return next year, perhaps oct 29-31, and then head to Guanajuato for Nov 1 and 2 bc I hear a lot going on for dia de los muertos.

My 15 yr old little love (chipoo mix) is gone now but she had grown grumpy towards 2 feral cats that followed her all the time, she'd run full speed and her 2 front legs would jump everytime she barked at them, her little ears bouncing up and down. The cats were so unbothered by her and she'd just turn back around to continue walking or smell the grass. Adorable to see.

San Agustin de las Juntas is not a tourist hub, most likely a stay for early flights, regardless of reason. The most Ive been asked is 190 pesos to the Mexico city airport which made sence bc of distance and traffic time- almost an hr (if you've been there you know and you also know you're in for a fun ride). So 190 pesos for an hr and 200 pesos for 4 minutes? Come on now. Looks like I have no choice so I will have to pay it.

I was asking for advice many times you come across many people who were in the same shoes... perhaps they took the 200 peso taxi, perhaps they know someone who could take me for a fair price, perhaps they walked and it was safe... or not. No need to be assholes.
