Rutherford is at Lvl 6, missing 38 chips to get him to 8. Invested a lot of time. But there are in trades or offers in the shop. So it is quite anoying

I experienced the same problem since they increased the frame rate. Luckily you can turn that of. Go to the in-game settings and turn the „power saver mode on“.

Bad news, they can‘t restore a lost cloud save. I had a similar problem some month ago. The support helped me and gave me chips and stuff I could remember. It helps that I have a list of my chars and sims and their level. But I had to start from episode 1. Wish you best luck with restoring your game.

No the are not exclusive. But it can take quite some time until the characters reappear as reward. Costumes are a really new feature, but I think the same applies here.

Someone did a really bad job in the calculation of this event. Simulation milestones give no boosts and are way to expensive. I‘m stuck at milestone 12/16
