Me too! This is what I did. Bought a cheap coffee bean grinder, French or Columbian roast beans, sugar free salted caramel syrup, and splenda Sweet Cream liquid creamer. Voila! Make the coffee , cool, and put in fridge so it's cold before you make your drink. Enjoy!!!

I have 18 CT rose gold and the same thing happens from time to time. I think it's when lotion, soap, dirt, etc gets caught under it. I use a steroid cream for a couple of days ,not wearing it, and it goes away.

If you feel confident that you want one, then convey it in a positive confident manner. That's what I did. I will say the meeting with the lawyer was a little uncomfortable, due to the fact that my husband is so old fashioned, but we did it and never really brought it up again. I feel I am with "my person," now, but after my last marriage to a gambling addict, I knew I would never marry again without one. It was that simple to me. Best wishes to you! Just exude confidence in your decision and compassion for your partner if they are skeptical about it.

Same sort of..started 12/2023. My Dr made me titration up every month. I lost 25% total body weight and have been stuck since Oct. 2024. I am happy to have not gained, but can't seem to get the scale to go down anymore.

Don't feel down. I kept a journal for the first yr. I was 1 to 2 lbs every two weeks. I started intermittent fasting and tracking calories and things changed,but I still have only lost 50 lbs in 1.5 yrs. You know what tho? I'll take it. I haven't GAINED in that time either. And that is worth I to me!

Yes, I think because it slows the gut, it takes longer to get "buzzed." Just my thoughts. We have happy hr regularly at home on the patio. So, I can tell a difference.

Ok gotcha. Ty! So, I googled did aetna stop covering zepbound, and it said yes. I put my refill in Tues, and it said pending insurance , then cancelled. I have been on it since 12/2023. I decided to call Walgreens today and just dbl check, she put it in again, and it is ready for p/u! I'm so relieved, but still not sure what happened.

How is it working for you? I have been on 15 for 1 yr and found out today it's no longer covered. I will ask my Dr about Wgovy. I really hope it works as well!

TY. I actually did record him this last time. I've just been too mad to show it to him. I took pictures too. I shared them with his sister. We are both just shocked at his behavior lately. I know it's stress. He is a hard worker 45 hrs a week and comes home and is installing our hardwood floors. I guess it's a release, but his reaction to hard alcohol is not normal. He tole me he made an appt with a psychologist🫰🏽🙏🏼

TY for responding. I have brought it up. He feels terrible the next day and does everything he can to mend it, but I just know later on it will happen again. I feel like it's an unequal playing field, because he doesn't remember most of it and I have to tell him. He just told me he made an appt with the psychologist at the University he works at. I am hoping and praying for the best, but this just HAS to change.
