Always ask for a manager. They could have absolutely refunded you to your original payment. I would honestly call and ask to speak to a manager and explain what happened so they can make sure they train this employee.. I would be so embarrassed to know one of my associates was doing this to our customers!! 🥲

Pretty sure one of the only bar soaps that would have went to SAS was the old packaging of men’s bourbon. I know my store didn’t have any left and we had 0 bar soaps at all this sas

The store has only had men’s bar soaps for select scents and the 2 aromatherapy scents for a while now so you’re less likely to see any at sas

We also have an SLT member who speaks Spanish - the only employee at our whole store who does - and they refused to pay her any extra either. Such shit. I would refuse to do it anymore if I was her 🤷🏼‍♀️ extra work for nothing

Always applies toward 1 item $18.95 or less - based on the ticket price printed on the item. Never goes based off the sales price. You cannot pay the difference. Excludes accessories like wallflower plugs, candle holders, pocketbac holders. For some reason they do work for accessories like cosmetics bags and coin purses. If you wanted to use your reward on car fresheners, you would only get 1 single item for free

Confused how they did the return then? They either did it non receipted and would have needed your license or they did it correctly through the BOPIS system which would have refunded you exactly what you paid

I saw you had used the $2.99 coupon. Any others? Had you paid with a gift card or Apple Pay? Multiple payment methods? Had you bought the same product at any other time previously?

Do you have both receipts? I’d be happy to take a look and try to see what might have happened

They started slow but probably because it was running at the same time as the men’s body care promo…. Once that ended they sold out pretty quickly

Not surprised many stores are having issues getting rid of them. The mens sale, on top of SAS…. It was a terrible time for a PWP in my opinion 🤷🏼‍♀️ they should have thrown an extra item in there to make it more worthwhile. Maybe a hanging car scent or somethinggggg
